We have over 40 muscles in our face that we use continuously while eating, talking, and making expressions. It's astounding to see how much tension we hold in our face without even realising. This restorative add-on is the perfect way to release any built up tension and leave the room feeling good as new.
Essential oils can be blended together to bring about numerous different benefits including improved sleep, improved skin, reduced stress and anxiety, mental stimulation, energy boost, improved immune system, and relief from muscular aches and tension. At the beginning of the treatment we will discuss your needs and together will create a blend that is tailored perfectly to you.
This is a shortened version of my 1 hour Rejuvenating Facial Massage treatment. It will include a micellar face cleanse, head neck & shoulder massage, lymphatic drainage, facial acupressure, and a facial massage using Wild Rose Facial Balm from Neal's Yard.
Our feet do a lot for us but are often neglected. Select this add-on and pamper your feet with a cleanse, scrub, and moisturise. When you leave the treatment room you will have deliciously soft feet and they will be much happier for it.
The idea behind Reflexology is to apply pressure by ‘thumb-walking’ around different zones on your feet in order to reduce congestion in your nerve pathways. Each zone ‘reflects’ a specific part of the body and reducing the congestion hopes to bring about some healing to that body part and restore it to balance. If you've not tried Reflexology before it's lovely to get a sense of it through this taster session.
Depending on the treatment length you choose there will always be a few minutes spent on the feet. However this is one of the parts of the body that often gets neglected so if you’d like a longer time spent appreciating your feet, select this add-on.
Select this add-on to let me know you’d like a 5 minute abdomen massage included in your treatment. It is not an area that is often massaged but it is an incredibly natural way to soothe our body, our digestion, and our mind.
An Indian Head Massage is traditionally done while seated but this adaptation allows you to experience the same benefits without getting up. This head massage will be more vigorous and stimulating than the restorative head & scalp massage but it is wonderfully energising and a great way to gradually return to the world.
This taster of Indian Head Massage will combine brisk and vigorous movements to stimulate and energise, with slower soothing movements to calm and relax. It is wonderful for releasing tension, soothing the sinuses, and reducing the likelihood of headaches and migraines.
