Your voucher will be valid for one year from the purchase date.
All gift voucher purchases are non-refundable.

If you purchase a physical gift voucher - it will be sent out to you by 2nd class post on the next working day. If you'd prefer the voucher to be sent straight to your loved one and you would like me to include a handwritten note for you then please get in touch either by emailing; frankietyler@massatherapy.co.uk, or you can add a note to your order.

When yourself or your loved one would like to book in using the physical voucher, please contact me via email (frankietyler@massatherapy.co.uk) or via instagram (@massatherapy).

If you purchase a digital e-gift voucher - you will receive a link to the voucher which you can then share with your loved one. There will be a code on the voucher which they can enter in the 'Redeem Code' box when creating a booking. This code will automatically expire in 1 year.
